I ordered a few spices from simplyorganic.com, the packaging was really well done. The glass jars were padded properly, nothing was rattling around, and there were zero leaks or messes.
The box was a reasonable size too, which I appreciate. Everything showed up clean, intact, and ready to go in the pantry. It’s a small detail, but when you’re ordering this kind of stuff online, it definitely matters.

I’ve been buying Simply Organic spices for a while now, and part of why I keep going back is the sourcing side. I don’t know every detail of how they do it or anything, but it at least feels like they’re paying attention to the farmers and not just grabbing the cheapest stuff.

I was starting to worry I might lose time or miss my chance to fix the issue if it didn’t get answered soon. They did eventually reply after a few days and helped me out, so it worked out in the end. Just wish the response had been quicker. Not a bad experience, but there’s definitely room to improve

The prices are kind of more than what I see at my local store, which is not my favorite thing, but they do have a better selection so I guess that balances a little. I’ve used the recipes here a handful of times, and some of them actually turned out good. I don’t know, maybe it’s just me, but a few call for ingredients I almost never have on hand, so they’re not always the best option when I’m trying to throw together a quick dinner. Still, I do like browsing them for ideas.
